cli.exe is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files" or sometimes in a subfolder of C:\Windows - mostly C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\. Known file sizes on Windows XP are 45,056 bytes (79% of all occurrence), 32,768 bytes, 61,440 bytes, 57,344 bytes, 28,672 bytes, 37,163 bytes, 49,152 bytes, 36,364 bytes, 31,650 bytes, 65,536 bytes, 20,992 bytes. cli.exe is not a Windows system file. The application listens for or sends data on open ports to LAN or Internet. The program is not visible. The program can be removed using the control panel Add\Remove programs applet.
