A: 360Amigo System Speedup is a system optimization, privacy and cleaning tool. Among other things, it removes unused files from your system and cleans registry errors – allowing your computer to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history, cookies and unused files. Additionally it contains a fully featured registry cleaner. But the best part is that it’s small, fast and furious (normally taking less than a minute to run).

Q: 360Amigo found so many problems in my newly installed Windows system. Why did it happen?
A: A newly installed Windows copy does not mean it is error-free and it is fully optimized to make the most out of your PC. During the installation of Windows systems, many drivers and software are also installed, thus leaving several useless registry entries and junk files in your computer system. Unfortunately Windows does not remove them after the installation but 360Amigo System Speedup will find and clean them for you.
Q: Can I use 360Amigo in conjunction with antivirus programs, spyware removers or firewall solutions?
A: Yes, 360Amigo System Speedup is complementary to these products. All versions of 360Amigo System Speedup are compatible with most major security products such as anti-virus, anti-spyware and firewall solutions. We strongly recommend you to use other security products in addition along with 360Amigo System Speedup to maximize PC safety, and minimize mal-functioning.
Q: Do you offer phone support?
A: Yes and No. For all customers we offer free email support. For large customers and partners we offer a wider range of support options based on customer requirements and/or specific support agreements.
Q. What languages is support and help manual available for 360Amigo System Speedup?
A: Currently, the Help manual is only available in English. Additional languages will be added in the future as time and resources allow and will be available for access from the software interface.
LICENSING/ UPGRADES
Q: How do I keep the program updated to the latest version?
A: When a new upgrade is available, we will send a message directly to your email with the announcement of availability and the link where you can download a new version. Simply download and then install the upgrade over your existing copy of the 360Amigo System Speedup.
Q: I lost my license of 360Amigo System Speedup. Could you please help me?
A: Please follow the below steps to get back your license easily.
- Go to 360Amigo website, then go to Support and read the “Lost Your License Key?” section;
- Click on the link provided, then enter your email address when you registered to purchase 360Amigo and click Retrieve My License.
Q: After I enter my license code, I get an invalid notification.
A: You may have entered the wrong license information. Please use “Copy & Paste” to enter the license information. After entering the license key, you will be asked to restart your PC to enable the license registration.
Q: I do not want to purchase 360Amigo through the Internet store. Is there another way I can buy the product?
A: We would like to assure you that all of our electronic transactions are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, which creates a secure connection between a client and a server, and over which any amount of data can be sent securely. Q: What happens after the subscription expires (one year normally)?
A: 360Amigo System Speedup features will be inactive. In order to renew your subscription, please visit our website shop to purchase a new license key.
Q: At the expiry of the present license, do I pay a renewal for another year and get further upgrades?
A: Yes, if you choose to purchase a new license or renew your existing one. Cost of the renewal will depend on whether the licensing is commercial or Educational/Non-Profit.
Q: Why lifetime license are not available?
A: We do not offer lifetime licensing as it is self-defeating and leads inevitably to poor customer service and slower product development. The reason for this is that as the pool of available customers shrinks with time and competition, companies who allow lifetime licensing are eventually forced to focus myopically on revenue generation at the expense of customer service. As we are in this for the long haul, subscriptions and renewals allow us to focus on product development and support having sufficient resources to service all customers quickly and efficiently.
Q: Do you offer a lifetime license for 360Amigo System Speedup or do I need to renew the subscription periodically?
A: 360Amigo System Speedup licensing is available by subscription with 1, 12, 24, and 36 month options for both purchases and renewals in future years. We also offer one time system clean up.

Q: Does 360Amigo System Speedup work with Windows 7?
A: Yes, 360Amigo System Speedup is fully compatible with both 32 and 64-bit versions of Windows 7.
Q: Does Does 360Amigo System Speedup support 64-bit versions of Windows.
A: Yes, 360Amigo System Speedup supports Windows XP in 32-bit, Vista and Win 7 in 32 and 64-bit Operating Systems.
